These Terms govern your use of How Weather You ("the App") and the rights and obligations between the operator ("we"/"us") and you. By installing the App or signing in, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The App provides AI-generated messages, activity/food suggestions, fortunes, hourly/weekly forecasts, and life indices based on your current location's weather.
All features are provided free of charge; ads are included to cover operating costs.
A daily request cap may apply to prevent abuse.

2. Accounts

You may use the App via Google sign-in or as a guest (without signing in).
In guest mode, messages and bookmarks are stored only on your device and cannot be recovered if you change devices.
You are responsible for managing your account and may not transfer or lend it to others.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Messages, suggestions, and fortunes are AI-generated content for reference and entertainment. They are not professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or usefulness. Always consult a qualified professional for important decisions.

4. Weather Information Disclaimer

Weather data is provided by third-party sources such as the Korea Meteorological Administration and OpenWeather. We do not guarantee its accuracy or timeliness. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on weather information.

5. Your Obligations (Prohibited Conduct)

Reverse-engineering or decompiling the App, or sending automated/bulk requests to our servers by abnormal means.
Using the App in any way that infringes others' rights or violates law or public order.
Interfering with the normal operation of the service or threatening its security.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including its design, logo, and code, belong to us. You may share and save messages you generate for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Advertising

The App shows ads through Google AdMob. Data processing related to ads follows our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes and Suspension of Service

We may change the service, or suspend all or part of it for operational or technical reasons. Except as required by law, we are not liable for damages arising from changes to or suspension of this free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act as the court of first instance.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms when necessary, with prior notice through the App or this page. Continuing to use the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
